Sabine female tabby cat for adoption arizonaSabine is one of those cats with the unique ability to steal your heart. She is so loving and friendly – the ultimate lap cat. Sabine is a female Tabby cat with white markings and the most melodious mew! She is a great listener and actually talks back to you when you talk to her.

She is healthy and spayed. She is looking for a new home with an owner or family that will give her lots of attention and playtime.

Hi, My name is Sabine!

I am a grey and white tabby Female tabby Cat. I am 10 years young, spayed and very healthy and well behaved. I am such a LOVE cat. I am gentle and laid back – super chill! I am not one of those cats that is aloof and extremely independent. I am more of a dog-like cat – I like to be around my humans, interacting with them and showing them how much I love them.

I am a LAP CAT through and through.

Here’s what my owner loves most about me:

She is affectionate.
She is sweet.
She is talkative.
She is laid back.
I’ve had her since she was a baby. 🙁

As much as it breaks her heart, my owner has had a lot of changes in her life. She is working and traveling for work much of the time, and she just can’t give me the time and attention I crave. She knows that I am not happy right now, and that I would be much better off in a loving home with people who have the time to cherish me.

She’s hoping to find a home for me with people who can spend time with me, talk to me, play with me and give me a nice warm lap or two to curl up on. I get along great with other cats, and I am find with respectful children. I haven’t been around dogs, but if they are not the cat-chasing type, I would probably be just fine!

I am a really clean and well behaved cat. I make everyone in the house feel loved and special. Please offer me a home today. I can’t wait to purr my way into your heart!

Sabine’s Current Home Environment

Large 3 bedroom townhome with two floors.

Sabine’s Current Family:

I live alone and am home less than half my life now due to big life changes.
My cats have been entirely indoor cats (with an escape or two over the years by one of them). They haven’t been to the Vet in years but have had vaccines early on.

Sabine’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

eating, sleeping, being petted and brushed.

Cute Sabine Story:

When I first got her she was super tiny and I traveled to Sedona and brought her with me–she meowed so much I let her out of the carrier and she sat curled on my shoulder the whole way, purring.

Coco, my white /grey cat who is about six years old has a heart shaped marking on her back, angel wings on her head and an extra toe on each front paw.

Why is Sabine Being Rehomed?

My lifestyle changed dramatically last year and I am at this home less than half my life. I’ve tried a variety of pet sitting situations (I can’t take my cats with me) and the behaviors of my cats are indicating to me it’s just not working. The behaviors disappear when I get home but they are not handling this transition well at all. They need a more stable living environment, sadly. I’ve agonized over this decision for months now.

Sabine’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

A stable situation where a person or people are home most of the time (I mean in town) to provide a stable, loving, affectionate home for my cats. I have two stories in my house and Sabine lives upstairs and Coco downstairs and they don’t really interact with each other much at all so I feel confident they would be ok being placed separately.
