Hi, My name is Wren!

[button link=”#adopt” size=”large” variation=”hotpink” align=”center”]Request to Meet Wren Here![/button]

There is a $75 adoption/rehoming fee. All supplies will be included.

Poor little Wren! This adorable 35 pound bundle of love and devotion is looking for a very loving new home due to the very difficult situation her family is going through. Her owner has Colon Cancer, and the family has had to move to be closer to the hospital for his care and treatments. As a result of the move, Wren no longer has her beloved back yard, and her owner’s wife is so busy with providing care to her husband, that little Wren is not able to receive the love, attention, care and exercise that she craves.

This little dog is such a precious companion. She absolutely adores people, and is in Heaven just being with those she loves. It is heartbreaking for her owner and his wife to see how unhappy she is with their difficult situation. They know that she needs to be in a home with people who can better address her needs.

Wren was adopted from a rescue. She had a litter of puppies when she was rescued, and had experienced having been attacked by other dogs. As a result, she was fearful of other dogs. She has become much more confident around other dogs over the years; her owners have worked on this, and have sent her on regular visits to a doggie daycare, where she spent time with other dogs.

Now, although she can be slow to warm up to other dogs, once she gets to know them and feel comfortable around them, she really enjoys spending time with her canine buddies.

Wren is a very well behaved dog. She is quiet, house trained and walks well on a leash. She is good with children and gets along very well with cats. She is accepting of strangers.

Wren would be an ideal companion for retired dog lovers looking for a very loving friend, and would also do well in a home with children old enough to treat dogs with respect. She would adjust well to living with another dog, so long as the dog is not aggressive towards her and she is given the time to warm up to a dog friend.

This is such a heartbreaking situation for Wren’s owners, who love her so much. They just want to do what is best for her. Please help bring about a happy ending to this sad story, and offer Wren a loving home today.

She will be rehomed along with all her supplies. She is spayed, up to date on shots, house broken and leash trained. All you need to add is love,  and a safe, attentive home with a fenced yard, and your time.
