Personality

Vivian and Amos are a bonded pair of Black Mouth Curs. Thought to be mother and pup, aged around 8 and 6, 60 and 50 pounds. They love to cuddle- with each other and people that they are familiar with. They enjoy daily walks and time to play outside, though they prefer the company of their owners to being alone out of doors. Calm baths and brushes are a favorite, as are performing “tricks” to please.

Vivian and Amos are loyal and protective rescues, therefore, wary of strangers. A formal introduction is recommended when bringing someone new into the home. Though happy to be loved on by known children, small children are not recommended as Vivian can get excited when playing and “pounce” or bat.

They are up to date on all shots and vaccinations, micro chipped with paperwork. They prefer to sleep together in their crate or on the floor at the foot of the bed.

Crate, toys, dishes, brushes, electric fence, and barking collars (we have a newborn) are theirs to keep. We love the dogs and are looking for owners excited to take them in as part of their family pack.

Reason For Rehoming

I have a newborn. Both dogs are friendly but unpedictable with pawing and “pouncing” during play. I cannot have my dogs and child interact until my child is 5.
