Penny has found her forever family. This sweet and very gorgeous long haired cat was rehomed after several weeks of sincere effort. We are so happy that she has found a good home.

Hi, My name is Penny!
I am an absolutely stunning longhaired calico cat with a sweet, gentle and playful personality to match my amazing good looks. I am one of nature’s designer cats, with tabby markings on my face, a gorgeous calico body and precious white ruff, paws and tummy. I am a small cat – I weigh just 8 pounds.
I am very playful and adorable. I love my toys, and will play with them on my own – and with my humans. I also love to “play catch” – and I can catch a ball of paper between my paws! So cute!
I am only 7 years old, and have been spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated. I am in exceptional health, and my vet records will be included with me to my new home.
I am being rehomed by my foster Mom. She loves me a lot, but is not able to offer me a permanent home because her cat will not accept me. She took me in when my original owner moved and was unable to take me. She had planned to keep me forever, but because of her other cat attacking me, she is having to look for a new home for me.
I am such a beautiful and affectionate little cat, and my foster mom is dearly hoping to find a permanent home with people who can offer me the love, attention and care I need and very much deserve.
I have lived with other pets before and had no issues at all, so I am probably OK with other cats and dogs – so long as they are welcoming to me. I love people and would be fine in a home with calm older children. Little kids scare me, so I would not be a good fit for a home with toddlers or a baby that will become a toddler.

Sweet, playful, loving, cuddly, loves attention and petting, loves to play with toys on her own and with people. She can catch a paper ball with her paws! She has pretty high energy for a cat her age. She acts much younger than 7 years old.
Reason For Rehoming
We have been taking care of Penny for a friend who is moving and couldn’t keep her. We hoped she would get along with our other cat. Unfortunately this hasn’t gone well and we aren’t able to keep Penny because of some territorial issues between her and our other cat. She has lived successfully with other cats and dogs before, but she isn’t happy here with our cat.
