Meet Panther and Munchkin!

We are a very precious pair of bonded female cats in desperate need of a loving, forever home together. Our owner, whom we love very much, has developed SEVERE allergies to us, and we need to find another home as soon as possible. We are such good kitties. We love each other and are closely bonded. We get along well with other cats and dogs, too. We are well behaved and always use our litter box.

.

Current Family:

Panther and Munchkin are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Panther’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

All three cats enjoy playing with anything they can bat around on the floor. The like to chase a laser pointer. All three eat dry cat food. Due to Panthers habit of eating too much too quickly we give her a small portion of cat food daily and this seems to keep her from binging on dry food and throwing up.

Cute Story:

Our dog Dexter loves all three cats and they love him equally. Just about everyday we find him cleaning their ears. All three wait for their turn. Munchkin, who is especially shy, adores Dexter and spends a great deal of her time trying to get his attention and cuddling with him.

Why Being Rehomed?

I am very allergic to cats. Currently I take two oral medications, one inhaled medication and use allergy eye drops daily and nasal spray daily. I have tried allergy injections with no improvement in my symptoms. Over the past few months I’ve been experiencing contact dermatitis and my dermatologist suspects that it is do to prolonged exposure to my cats. My symptoms are becoming unbearable and while my doctors have been urging me to rehome my cats for years it hasn’t been until now that I’m realizing the health problems this is causing me. Its also becoming harder to control my asthma so while its breaking my heart I feel its time to find them a good home where my health is not compromised.

Panther’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

Panther and Munchkin must be adopted together. Munchkin is very attached to Panther and I think it would be very difficult for her to adjust to a new home without the support of her best friend.
