Calico Cat For Adoption Martinez CA 2

Lola has found her forever home – and new owner, Patsy, has found her forever cat! We are so happy to have been able to unite cat lover and human lover. Lola is now living in San Francisco with Patsy, and has her all to herself. No other cats (or dogs) to share her best friend with. We are so happy for Lola and Patsy!

Here’s how our rehoming team presented Lola to find her new home:

Calico cat for adoption martinez ca 2Hi, My name is Lola!

Looking for the most exquisite cat on earth? I am pretty darned close! I am a beautiful Calico cat with amazing green eyes, and an even more amazing personality. I am “all that and more”!

I’m just 2 years old, and have been spayed. I am very healthy and up to date on my shots.

So what’s my story? Well, I was the cherished companion of a college student and all her dorm-mates. When she graduated, I went to live with her parents, who already have 2 cats and a dog. Being the “Diva” that I am, I want to absolutely rule the roost. I want ALL the attention!

Unfortunately, this means that I am not getting along with my new feline or canine room mates. As much as my “Gramma” loves me, she realizes that finding me a loving home where I can steal the show would be a much better situation for all of us.

I am a really friendly cat and absolutely LOVE human attention. I want to be the cherished center of attention with someone who just wants 1 cat to spoil.

My perfect home will be:

  • With people who can spend lots of time with me. I’m OK on my own while you are at work, but please come home and play with me after work. I love to play with feather toys, string, and toy mice!
  • With people who will take great care of me and love me unconditionally. I need my litter box kept clean, my water dish kept full and fresh, and I expect to visit the vet once a year for a check up.
  • With people who will keep me safe and sound. I need to be kept indoors.
  • With people who love to cuddle! Once I get to know you, I am extremely affectionate.

I am great with children, as long as they respect animals and don’t want to pull my tail, poke my eyes, or crush me in a toddler embrace!
