Here is how our Jacksonville Cat Rehoming team presented Cleopatra to attract her new owner:

Hi, My name is Cleopatra aka ‘Cleo’!

The original Cleopatra was Queen of the Nile, and this Cleopatra wants to be Queen of your heart. This gorgeous 2 year old female Maine Coon mix cat is a delight. She is healthy, up to date on shots, spayed and very clean and well behaved. She is good with respectful children, and cat-friendly dogs. She has no experience with other cats.

Here is what her owners love the most about Cleo:

l1. Her coloration with the strips and white paws
2. She will come up onto the couch and lay beside me
3. She is so funny when she is trying to swat at the bubbles coming from the water jug
4. How her tail twitches when she is watching something intently outside
5. She likes to be in the same room as her family

Cleo’s owners love her very much but feel that it is best for Cleo to find her a home where she will receive all the love, attention, care and playtime she needs and deserves.

“Our lives have become very busy and Cleo does not get the attention she craves. She is very social and with us gone for extended periods I can tell she is bored and lonely despite having the dogs around. We have tried to find her a home with friends and family but no one is available to take her.

We are moving in the next six months and I am starting a new, demanding job. I feel Cleo deserves a family that is available to spend time with her and shower her with affection.”

Please offer Cleopatra the loving home she needs and very much deserves today. She can’t wait to purr and play her way into your heart.

Cleopatra aka ‘Cleo”s Current Home Environment

We recently had a baby so our home life is chaos. We have two other dogs that tend to bark so there is always noise in the house. My husband and I work long hours and spend our limited free time with our baby.

Cleopatra aka ‘Cleo”s Current Family:

Our family consists of my husband, my mother-in-law, our ten month old daughter, myself and four dogs (our two and my MIL’s dogs).

Cleopatra aka ‘Cleo”s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

She likes starring outside, playing with the water jug, napping

Cute Cleopatra aka ‘Cleo’ Story:

We had a friend come and stay with us for the weekend. She had recently lost her cat to cancer and Cleo immediately sensed that she was a ‘cat’ person and slept on her guest bed the entire night beside our friend. She followed our friend around the house for the entire weekend and made her feel special.

Why is Cleopatra aka ‘Cleo’ Being Rehomed?

Our lives have become very busy and Cleo does not get the attention she craves. She is very social and with us gone for extended periods I can tell she is bored and lonely despite having the dogs around. We have tried to find her a home with friends and family but no one is available to take her.

We are moving in the next six months and I am starting a new, demanding job. I feel Cleo deserves a family that is available to spend time with her and shower her with affection.

Cleopatra aka ‘Cleo”s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

A family, preferably small (2-3) that are able to spend time at home with Cleo.

Additional Comments:

Cleo will be a wonderful addition to any family. We just want to make sure she goes to the right family that will love her and make her happy.
