Clarisse and Cooper have found a wonderful new home together in San Antonio. We are so happy for this adorable pair of dogs and their new owners.
Meet Clarisse and Cooper!
This delightful male/female pair of bonded purebred Shih Tzu dogs are looking for a loving, forever home together. They are such sweet dogs! They have been spayed/neutered, are very healthy, up to date on shots and have been professionally groomed.
Cooper is the more laid back of the two. Clarisse is also very mellow, but does not like to be picked up by strangers. Her new owners will have to ensure that this does not happen, as it makes her nervous and she will nip.
They love children who are older and respect dogs, but small kids who like to poke, prod, pull tails and squeeze the living daylights out of small dogs make this pair quite nervous. Their preference would be to be placed in an adults only home where people are able to spend lots of time with them. Children older than 10 are fine, too.
Both dogs are very loving and devoted. They are well behaved and love to hang out with their person. Sadly, their owner can no longer keep them due to a pending divorce and subsequent move. She is devastated, but is hopeful that the right home can be found in San Antonio or very nearby, where Clarisse and Cooper will be cherished, well cared for and given the time, attention and exercise they need and deserve.
