Cowboy black and white cat male cat for adoption in san antonio tx

Hi, My name is Cowboy!

Meet Cowboy – 7 YO Male Black and White Cat For Adoption in San Antonio, TX

Weighing in at a magnificent 20 pounds, Cowboy is a cat that really makes an big impression. This handsome black and white domestic shorthair cat is just 7 years old. He is very healthy, up to date on shots, micro-chipped and litter trained.

Cowboy has such a unique personality. He is what we sometimes refer to as a “cog”. (A dog in a cat’s body) He is a very confident, engaging cat. He comes running to the door when his owners come home, and follows them around the house. Cowboy is very chatty, too. He loves to tell his owners stories about his many adventures he enjoys while they are away. He is a very cute and charming companion and can always be counted on to make you smile.

Cowboy is best suited to a home where he can enjoy all of the human attention to himself. He is being rehomed due to his owners having to relocate. He will be rehomed with complete vet records and any supplies that his owner has on hand for him. Adopt this big bundle of love and purrs today.

There is a $30 adoption/rehoming fee. All supplies will be included.

Cowboy’s Personality

Cowboy is a big needy baby. He will definitely make someone feel very special. He lets you know if he needs something. He is a big fluffy male kitten/cat that likes to lay spread eagle on his back in the middle of the floor. He is not picky, he will eat just about anything.

If you need an alarm clock in the morning Cowboy will get you up. He tends to carry extra weight so his diet must be monitored. He has a robotic litter box that he loves to watch after he does his business. He is terrified of the outdoors and prefers to nap in your favorite chair. If you let him he will sleep right next to you, it is his preference after all.

Cowboy’s Current Home Environment

We have 3 adults, 2 cats, 2 dogs and a snake. There is a lot of activity.

Cowboy’s Current Family:

Cowboy has not been exposed to small children so we do not know what he would do in that situation. We have little dogs, they make a very wide ark when walking by Cowboy. He is a swatter, the dogs avoid him, and the other cat get annoyed with him. Cowboy would do very well in a 1 animal household.

Cowboy’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?

Napping, scratching post, laser beam dot.

Cute Cowboy Story:

Every time we come home from out of town Cowboy is the first to greet us. He runs down the stairs crying, then he paces back and forth in front of us until we pet him or feed him.

Why is Cowboy Being Rehomed?

Relocation

Cowboy’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:

A family that enjoys a talkative cat.

Additional Comments:

Cowboy has a lot of hair, he gets hair balls pretty frequently. He needs to be given hairball remedy on a regular basis. Sometimes the hair on his back gets knotted up, he needs brushing and at home grooming.

There is a $30 adoption/rehoming fee. All supplies will be included.
